Dominic Carbone has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of NSW and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1983. Dominic is experienced in commercial & property law, conveyancing, leasing/property disputes, strata management, finance & business law, litigation, family law and probate/estate administration.
Country Law Practice & Associates is a natural progression from Sydney Law Practice, Dominic's successful city based law practice, where clients will now have access to legal services closer to home. Dominic is active in the local community, notably with his involvement with the Annangrove Progress Association, and he is committed to bringing his expertise, given his nearly 40 years experience in private practice, to those who may not otherwise have the means to access quality and affordable legal advice.
Martina Nicolle has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University and was admitted as a Solicitor following 7 years as a paralegal working exclusively in family law, including wills and estates, and more recently working in property law and conveyancing.
Martina grew up in the Hills District, has worked in Australia & Singapore, and ran a successful events management business for many years before returning to study to complete her law degree. After seven years working in a small suburban family law practice, Martina joined Dominic at his city practice in 2020 and identified a need for affordable and accessible legal services in the local community. Combined with Dominic's experience, and an interest in new law practices, Martina is excited to bring personalised and affordable legal services to the Hills.
